1 · Distance
We price the route your truck actually drives — from our Lewisville hub to your pickup, then on to delivery. The figure shown is your pickup-to-delivery leg; the dispatch drive from Lewisville is folded into the price. Dispatch confirms exact road distance before booking.
2 · Service level
Your chosen speed sets the base fare — Standard $250, Priority $350, Same-day $450, or Emergency $650 — covering pickup, careful transport, and white-glove placement within the metro.
3 · Handling factors
Heavy or oversized equipment, a second technician, multiple stops, stairs or tight access, declared high-value items, and after-hours work are added transparently and shown on your estimate.
Mileage methodology: real driving distance for the Lewisville-to-pickup-to-delivery route (with an approximate city-center fallback), plus a per-mile rate beyond an included radius on top of the service-level base fare.
