How fast can you deliver?
Standard jobs are scheduled within 24–72 hours, priority is next business day, and same-day is available across the Metroplex. For time-critical needs, emergency dispatch is open until 8:00 PM, subject to availability.
What does it cost?
Service starts at $250 for standard, $350 for priority, $450 for same-day, and $650 for emergency. Final pricing depends on distance, equipment, and access — and you'll see a clear estimate before you book. Additional charges can apply for heavy equipment, a second technician, multiple stops, stairs, white-glove placement, and after-hours work.
Are you insured?
Yes. Equipment is handled by insured, background-checked technicians, and every delivery is documented with photo proof and an electronic signature.
Do you only move medical equipment?
Our focus is healthcare — medical, dental, and veterinary equipment and the offices around it — including furniture and commercial deliveries for dealers and suppliers. If you're unsure whether your item fits, just ask.
